Project Description
Our client owned blocks of two storey apartments which had stairwells leading to the second floor to access the upper apartments. The clients on the ground floor were complaining of leaks and dampness in the rooms underneath the stairwell. After investigation, it was established the stairwells needed to be waterproofed to stop the ingress of water into the apartments beneath. Rapid Roof Anti-Skid was chosen due to its two-coat waterproofing membrane and fast curing times while allowing the area to be trafficked within one hour which was essential in ensuring people could access their homes without delay.
