Project Description
Our client had a 180m2 Torch on Felt flat roof which had numerous leaks which needed repairing. After completion of a survey it was determined that Liquid Rubber would be the best product to use as it would eliminate the need for stripping the old roof while also meeting the increasing requirements of environmental and health and safety considerations in the industrial and commercial roofing industry. Also, as the area was so exposed to the elements it was vital that the product applied cured and dried off quickly.
