Aquastop have recently completed the application of Liquid Rubber to a 800m2 Galvanised Barrel Roof.
The roof was first powerwashed down and then any rusty areas were smoothed down. Once the preparation work was completed a flood coat was then applied to ensure the liquid rubber would bond well to the surface. We then sprayed the Liquid Rubber onto the roof. When this had cured off, within a couple of hours, we then replaced the perspex to complete the roof.
As you can see from the photos, the difference to the roof was incredible and not only does it look good, it is now waterproof for the first time in a long time and it will remain that way for the next 20 years or so with the application of this product.
